For any other query , the applicant may approach their AD bank as the first point of contact, and if the issue does not get resolved at AD bank level, the applicant may approach the respective Regional office of RBI or mail at helpfirms@rbi.org.in. The Contact Details of AD banks and Regional offices of RBI are hosted on this homepage itself. It is also clarified that all filings on FIRMS are made to the AD bank and not directly to Regional offices of RBI. Therefore, AD bank shall invariably be the first point of contact.
New It has been observed that many entities have not provided correct details in the Entity Master. It is responsibility of the entity to provide correct details and is liable for the same. Every entity shall check their entity master and correct the same before making any filing in SMF. The change request for the same can be made as per Q9 of FAQs. If the forms are approved with incorrect details, the entity shall be responsible for the same.
New It is the responsibility of the AD banks to ensure that the information provided in the form is in adherence to the check list and the instructions provided in the user manual for FIRMS. If not, the same may be rejected.
With effect from February 05, 2019, form InVi has been operationalized for filing in Single Master Form. Further Business user registration has been updated for accommodating form InVi. Please read the revised user manual on SMF-FIRMS carefully before making any filing in the FIRMS application.

With effect from September 01,2018 all new filings for FC-GPR , FC-TRS , LLP-I , LLP-II and CN will be in SMF only. FC-GPR and FC-TRS shall not be filed on ebiz.
The Login credentials for Entity Master cannot be used to make filing in Single Master Form. Please obtain registration as Business User . Refer to the user manual for SMF.

Pre transaction values in the shareholding pattern in single master form is fetched from the entity master details. Please verify the details in the entity master, before making any filing in single master form.
